The Choux Box Patisserie was founded in 2020 by Pastry Chef Orlando Partner. Born and raised in Frome, Somerset, after working as a pastry chef in Michelin starred kitchens across the UK for the last 10 years Orlando decided to start a business sharing his knowledge and expertise to make high quality patisserie fun.
The Choux Box Patisserie brings quality patisserie with added sparkle and fun. Orlando has taken the French classic of a Choux Bun and has reinvented it as a modern masterpiece, combining classical French technique with playful flavours. Every week Orlando & the team create a brand new 'Special Choux' available for that weekend only, think Snickers Chocolate Tart, Tiramichoux and Rhubarb & Custard Doughnut.
The Choux Box Patisserie started with two trailers, one used as the kitchen the other as a way to serve the good things! From this The Choux Box Patisserie has grown into its own professional kitchen and now sells there Choux and Macarons at its own three locations, Stable Yard (Choux HQ), Alexandra Park and the Entry Hill Cafe.
