Take a layer of luscious lemon drizzle sponge and a delicate layer of crispy white chocolate and feuilletine. Incase it all in a delicious raspberry mousse with a liquid raspberry centre. Glaze it in a raspberry mirror glaze and finish it with mini raspberry pavlova choux buns, raspberry macarons and edible flowers.
